As soon as I saw that Yoga at Niagara Falls was an option for the public, I jumped on the opportunity! I’ve done the Journey Behind the Falls before, but yoga on the platform?
It’s so awesome, in fact, that it’s been featured by a bunch of different news sites! Check out this video from the Toronto Sun!
Yoga at Niagara Falls
I definitely wasn’t disappointed in yoga at Niagara Falls. One of the best parts is that the yoga class was followed by a delicious and almost over the top brunch. Lets put it this way, I ate way too much and the food was so good I didn’t want to leave! There were breakfast and lunch foods there, so there really was something for everyone. We’re talking smoked salmon, eggs benedict, make your own omlets, roast beef, salmon, lamb and a dessert table!
Make sure you bring a change of clothes and don’t bring anything to the class that you don’t want to get want/can’t get wet. Sometimes it’s fine, for the first part of the class I was relatively dry, but if the when changes directions you’re going to get a different experience!
I can’t wait until next summer when these classes are up and running again, it’s definitely something you’ve got to try if you’re in the Niagara area!
It wasn’t too expensive and it was definitely worth the early morning wake up. It’s also worth mentioning that you get to access the Journey Behind the Falls tunnels and platform after the class too, so take your time packing up!
It was a wonderfully “try something new” experience. The brunch that followed was incredible
